Sledding in Flagstaff!

On Saturday I got to take a trip up to Flagstaff to go sledding with Earl, Rik and his kids. (Who had never seen snow before)

I got to a comp! YAY! pics from Cali

So it has been a while since I've been able to get to a comp. I will be posting pics from my trip to cali and some from shows like Halloween on my flickr hopefully right after I post this. My Pics from cali are all me, Caroline and Brooks. I had a great time out there w them :) Disneyland, Venice beach, Santa Monica peir.... oh so nice

Tricia's new car... that I bought.

This is Tricia's new ride. It is an 1960 Rambler. We got it for a killer price and it runs great. We will be adding things like an a/c unit to it ASAP. Since I paid for it I plan on driving it too... hehe we love it! Anyone jealous? *lol*

Summer Fun!!

Time has been flyin' for me lately. Playin w friends, goin to shows and gettin some tats. The first pic is from the concert on friday. In the pic is Angela, Aaron, me(w/ new hair!) and Alex. Second pic is Ang with her pet pile. hehe

The last 2 pics are my new tats. The peace sign heart is really scabbed so it looks funny. And the rose was there before but he re-colored the rose and added some spiffy flames :) (I'll post more pics of my new hair soon too)

Dead technology....

So this is the verizon LG versa. I just had to order myself a new phone because my old one is refusing to contact certain people and has recently started to shut itself off at random... great huh? Well I was due for an upgrade so I had to decide between the versa or and enV touch. I went with this one cuz it was free. hehe

In more crazy technology news..... my ipod was stolen from my friends house the other day :( I am so sad and lost without it.

It's nice at night

Last night went to hang with friends and swim around in their pool :) Poor Ted got tossed in the pool fully clothed! hehe

Then we have Chris, he is one of the ppl that live at the house. Sara was in the tube next to him but she's a picture dodger.

Oh I also got Will to touch up the color on my rose!! Its kinda a red with a little touch of orange to it :) YAY!!

My trip to Wa

So I was so busy while I was up in washington but it was soo much fun! The first couple pics are from my friend Amanda's 21rst b-day! WooHa! We went to a couple different bars and wine tasting, it was pretty fun :)

ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?!

So just because I am the luckiest person EVER... I get a free trip to Washington thanks to my favorite client! I will be in Washington from June 5th-12th. I have 2 birthdays to attend and a graduation! Plus tons of friends and family to visit. So from the 5th to the 9th or 10th I will be out in Ocean Shores (oh Mom and Dad can I maybe use the beach house??) and the rest of the time I should be in the Seattle area! I am soooooo excited about my trip! I cannot wait to see all my friends and family again!! :) Hope you all will be prepared and make some time for me!!

So not only did Ted's band get a nice article written on them in the new times (check it out! http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/2009-03-19/music/darkness-dear-boy-is-fighting-for-local-music-with-the-best-fucking-live-show/) A week later they invite them to do a video acoustic cover for 3 doors down, a band who is in town this weekend for the Tempe music fest. HOW COOL, right?! (Watch the video!!!http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/uponsun/2009/04/sun_sessions_darkness_dear_boy.php) They had only one night to learn the song but I think they pulled it off very well!

Today me and Melissa hiked Camelback again and this time I made sure to get picture proof I hiked it too! There were quite a few more people up on the mountain today. Last week I guess we arrived right as they re-opened the mountain. They had closed it because a 21 yr old girl fell off one of the cliffs and they had just got done taking her off the mountain... I guess it's good I heard that AFTER I had hiked or I may have been to scared to go up. You don't really go by any cliffs, she must have gone off the normal trail.
We got up the mountain a little faster this time even though Melissa was feeling a little sluggish. Hopefully we will both be more energetic next time. Great hike though!

Camelback

Finally some pics to post! On Friday My roommate Melissa and I went for a hike on Camelback Mountain :) (Thats the Mountain I have in my blog title pic) We started at Echo canyon park which is a big set of stairs. Then there is a railing at the next part due to the fact the rocks at that area are a little slick.

This was the next part of the hike where it starts getting a little more challenging and we still had a ways to go and it was something like this the whole rest of the way.

This is Melissa taking a little break at the top of the mountain. What a view! It was a really fun hike for us and we plan to go a lot more. Though we have quite a few other mountains to hike too. We had gone up South Moutain a few weeks before but I forgot my camera, but don't worry we will go back again. :)
